European_Junior_Cup

If you're lucky enough to be attending one of the World Superbike events this year, you may also get a chance to watch the European Junior Cup, a new class of racing that will feature 14-17 year old racers. The European Junior Cup will be organized by Infront Motor Sports, and will take these young riders to some of the most famous and legendary circuits in the world.

Riders participating in the European Junior Cup will be competing on a level playing field, as each racer will use an identically prepared Kawasaki 250R motorcycles. The races will take place on Sundays, before the second World Superbike race.

The European Junior Cup will travel to 6 circuits during the World Superbike season. The young riders will get to see Assen (15-17 April), Monza (6-8 May), Aragon (17-19 June), Silverstone (29-31 July), Nurburgring (2-4 September), and Magny-Cours (30 September – 2 October).
