When Max Biaggi wins one, he wins two. For the fourth time this season, Biaggi is celebrating a double victory at the World Superbike, after beating out Leon Haslam for the race two win at Misano.
Biaggi did the double at Portimao, Monza, and is coming off of his double win at Miller Sports Park. Biaggi has won four consecutive races, and he is starting to pull away in the overall standings. Biaggi now leads by 37 points in the overall standings.
Leon Haslam gave Biaggi a run for his money, but he never was able to find his way around the Italian. Michel Fabrizio finishes out the podium, narrowly beating Cal Crutchlow who rode to fourth place.
Carlos Checa took fifth place after a duel with Troy Corser. Corser ran off the track on the final lap, and finished in tenth.
