BSB champion Camier clear to race final two WSB rounds on an Aprilia
World Superbike Press Release

Leon Camier's ambitions to become a WSB rider took their first steps to the future with his wild-card rides at Donington this year. But having been given a chance to race in place of the injured Shinya Nakano for the official Aprilia Racing team this weekend as well as at the final round of the season in Portugal, the British rider is all set for an unexpected but welcome opportunity.
Camier is clear to ride for Aprilia given that he has wrapped up the BSB title, and in a GSE press release the Englishman said, "I would like to thank Aprilia for giving me such an amazing opportunity, and also GSE Racing for being so supportive. This year has been incredible. To follow my BSB Championship win with a ride on-board a proven race winning machine in World Superbikes, is awesome. It's going to be a tough challenge for sure. There'll be no time for testing beforehand, and I've never ridden at Magny-Cours, but I'm really looking forward to it."
