Michael Laverty turned up the speed during the final practice session at the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship today, pulling ahead of Stuart Easton.
The Relentless Suzuki rider was one of many riders who held the top spot during todays free practice session, but in the end, it was Laverty’s 1.28’168 time that took the win.
Laverty was .17 seconds ahead of Easton, and .28 seconds ahead of Josh Brookes. The top ten riders were all within .8 seconds of one another, while the top five were all within .4 seconds.
