Stuart Easton rode the only Swan Honda on the track to a first place finish at the end of the first free practice session at the third round of the British Superbike Championship at Oulton Park.
Easton edged out Worx Crescent Suzuki rider Tommy Hill who raced into second place on the second to final lap. Easton’s fastest lap also came late in the race as he overtook Suzuki’s Alastair Seeley.
Ion Lowry was also impressive around the track today, riding at the top of the pack with thirty minutes to go. He was eventually knocked down to fourth after a crash at Knickerbrook.
