Tomorrow, MotoGP stars like Casey Stoner, Valentino Rossi, and Jorge Lorenzo will hop on their 1000cc motorcycles for the first testing session of 2012. Today, some of the CRT riders started testing at Valencia.
Randy De Puniet, Aleix Espargaro, and Mattia Pasini hit the track today in Valencia for a private test.
De Puniet recorded the fastest lap time after 38 laps on his CRT machine. De Puniet recorded a 1'35.3 laptime around the Valencia circuit. Espargaro was more than a second back and Pasini was two and a half behind the leader.
Pasini may have been slowed down a bit by this crash.
