Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden have been hanging out in Italy for the last few days for the 22nd edition of Wrooom.
Rossi admitted earlier in the week that a championship in 2012 would be difficult, but not impossible, in 2012. Rossi said:
"Our target is to fix the problems one by one and try to come closer to Yamaha and Honda. From there we will work to fix all the details in order to be competitive for the victory."
Nicky Hayden expressed similar sentiments. Hayden said that 2011 was a learning year for the Ducati team and that he is hopeful for the 2012 MotoGP season. Hayden said:
"2011 didn't go as we hoped; we tried everything, but never got the results we deserved," Hayden said.... Regardless, we learned a lot. This year the goal is to make the bike work in the way we want so we can be more consistent in every race."
