At the final free practice session for the MotoGP in Qatar, it was all Repsol Honda at the top. Casey Stoner led the pack, and was followed by his two Repsol Honda teammates, Dani Pedrosa and Andrea Dovizioso. Stoner was the fastest at each free practice session at Qatar, setting the best time of the weekend during FP3.
As of now, it looks like Sunday's race could be a two man battle between Casey Stoner and Pedrosa. Pedrosa finished .15 seconds behind his teammate, where as the rest of the pack was more than .7 seconds adrift.
Behind the Repsol Honda riders came the Yamaha Factory pair of Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies. Lorenzo was .77 seconds off of Stoner's pace, while Spies was nearly a second behind the lap leader.
The fastest Ducati on the track was ridden by Hector Barbera, who beat out Colin Edwards by .03 seconds for the 6th place spot.
Valentino Rossi was next across the line, coming in at 1.2 seconds behind Stoner. Randy de Puniet and Loris Capirossi complete the top 10.
