Bradl Leads the Way to BRNO

bradl_moto2The Moto2 class will return to action this weekend at BRNO. Stefan Bradl leads the way for the Moto2 riders, but he'll have to hold off a hot Marc Marquez, who will be seeking his fourth consecutive win this weekend in the Czech Republic.

Bradl has earned his 47 point lead in the Moto2 series with 6 pole positions, 7 podiums, and four victories, but Bradl hasn't seen the top of the podium since the British Grand Prix. Bradl has finished second behind Marquez for the last two rounds, and he could be ready to reclaim victory this weekend. Bradl already has a win in the 125cc class at the BRNO circuit.

After a slow start of the season, Marquez is really hitting his stride. Marquez finished outside of the top 20 in the first three races, but since then he's grabbed four race wins and a 2nd place finish.

In third place, Simone Corsi will be looking for his first win of the season. Corsi has one podium finish so far this season. Corsi has also been one of the most consistent riders this season as he has finished in the top ten at every event so far.

Alex de Angelis, Yuki Takahashi, and Bradley Smith should also be racing at the top this weekend. Marquez has a large lead at the top, but the battle for third is extremely close. Corsi holds the third place position with 84 points, but Corsi, Smith, Angelis, and Tomas Luthi are all within 10 points of the final spot on the podium.
