If you’re interested in electric motorcycle racing, chances are that you either watch the FIM e-Power series of the TTXGP. These are the two premier electric motorcycle racing championships, and this year they will join together for the three races.
In an effort to promote clean emission racing, the FIM and the TTXGP have agreed to come together for three races in 2011. The first combined race will be at Laguna Seca in June.
Here’s the schedule for the combined races.
- 23-24 July - Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca (USA)
- 20-21 August - Donington Park (GBR)
- 24-25 September - Le Mans (FRA)
The FIM e-Power series and the TTXGP are also in talks to host one final combined event to cap off the 2011 season.
