The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) has announced that rugged off-road gear manufacturer KLIM will support Team USA’s bid to tackle the 2010 International Six Days Enduro (ISDE). The 85th annual ISDE will take place from 1 to 6 November in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico. The world’s best off-road racers will gather there and compete for a very hard-earned victory over the challenging terrain, the elements and fierce competitors for international bragging rights as the best off-road team on Earth.
KLIM will provide its top-of-the-line - and exclusive to ISDE riders - Traverse enduro jacket to each member of Team USA; this includes all riders from the World Trophy Team (Destry Abbott, Mike Brown, Kurt Caselli, Jimmy Jarrett, Timmy Weigand and Nathan Woods), the Junior Trophy Team (Ian Blythe, Cory Buttrick, Nick Fahringer and Taylor Robert), the Women’s Trophy Team (Nicole Bradford, Amanda Mastin and Kerrie Swartz), and the Senior Club Team (Billy Burns, Jeff Fredette and Donald Williams).
Getting ready for the ISDE is a long and involved process and it can take every day from the final event of the previous year’s competition. To achieve success in such an environment, a team needs every bit of support they can get. KLIM has been there for Team USA in previous seasons and the AMA is most happy to have them back for 2010.
And, if you are interested in offering your support, you can help out by purchasing a Team USA ISDE t-shirt. The money raised all goes to supporting the ISDE effort by providing transport for the riders, crew and bikes to and from Mexico.
