Mika Aloha has passed away. The five time Enduro champion suffered severe internal injuries following a training accident in Spain. Aloha spent a few weeks in the hospital but succumbed to his injuries this morning. Ahola was 37.

Taddy Blazusiak added another impressive victory to his resume this weekend. Blazusiak, in his first Extreme Enduro ride in front of his home crowd in Poland, won all three races for the KTM Enduro factory team during the second round of the FIM SuperEnduro Championship.

Maria Forsberg has just signed with KTM Motorsports to race with the FMF/KTM Racing team for the 2012 season. This is the first time that a female rider has been signed to race with the KTM factory team.

For the third year in a row, Red Bull/KTM Extreme Enduro Factory rier Taddy Blazusiak has won the AMA EnduroCross Title. Blazusiak had a perfect season in 2011, scoring all 8 wins, including the season finale in Las Vegas.

Russell Bobbit is once again the National Enuro champion. Bobbit claimed his fourth title over FMF/KTM teammate Charlie Mullins during the final race of the season.
