The second round of the 2011 MX1 season saw a fantastic battle between Max Nagl and Steven Frossard in the Netherlands. But a late race mistake by Frossard opened the door for Nagl to take the top spot at the end of the first qualifying session.

James Stewart has had an up and down season. After suffering his longest losing streak in his career, Stewart scored back to-back-wins at St. Louis and Seattle, and is now just 9 points behind the season leader, Ryan Villopoto.
Trey Canard will not be able to finish his tremendous rookie season. Canard broke his femur during a practice session with the American Honda Racing Team at the Competitive Edge MX Park in Hesperia, CA. Canard will miss the remaining three rounds of the 2011 Supercross season, but he should be able to return in time for the start of the Motocross season.
Clement Desalle and Steven Frossard are currently tied at the top in the FIM Motocross World Championship after both riders took home a race victory and a second place finish in Bulgaria.
