Last weekend James Stewart returned to Supercross glory. The Joe Gibbs Racing rider claimed his first victory of the 2012 season at Oakland ahead of Chad Reed and Ryan Villopoto.
Four riders from four different manufacturers have won the first four races of the 2012 Supercross season. Ryan Villopoto, Ryan Dungey, and Chad Reed have all had their turn on top of the box and last night James Bubba Stewart returned to Supercross glory.
Mark Adams, James Stewart's mechanic, was killed last night in a traffic accident in Florida.
In 2011 Chad Reed decided to fight for the title with his own team Two Two Motorsports.
The Supercross riders are heading to Oakland this weekend for the fourth round of the 2012 season. There have been three different winners at the first three events, but Ryan Dungey has been the only rider to keep his bike on the podium all season long. Dungey and KTM currently lead the series ahead of Chad Reed and defending champion Ryan Villopoto.
