Mark 'Tex' Adams, James Stewart's Mechanic, Killed in Traffic Accident Hot

tex_and_stewartMark Adams, James Stewart's mechanic, was killed last night in a traffic accident in Florida.

Adams had stopped to help a woman who had run out of gas on the side of the road when an SUV drifted on to the shoulder and crashed into both cars. Adams was killed in the collision. Tiffany Walters, the woman who ran out of gas, survived the crash.

Charges are pending against the driver of the errant vehicle.

James Stewart wrote in a series of Tweets this morning:

"Got some horrible news that my practice mechanic Mark "Tex" Adams was hit by a car & killed this morning while on the side of the road while helping someone who car was broke down. I'm in disbelief as something so tragic could have to u while helping someone else in need. I'm stunned bc Tex was such a caring & doing for others person.

"My heart goes out to his family. Damn this is a sad day. We love u tex R.I.P... As bad as it hurts me, it's his family that I'm sadden for. Again RIP Mark Tex Adams. God be with you... Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design for the present."

Stewart also posted a photo of him and Mark "Tex" Adam (above) and a video of Tex working with Nitro Circus.
