Dungey Talks About MXoN and 2011 MX Title Hopes

Ryan Dungey is currently trying to win back to back AMA Motocross titles, and after the 2011 season wraps up, Dungey will travel to France to help the US team win its second consecutive Motocross of Nations Championship.

35 Countries Enter FIM Motocross of Nations

This September, more than 100 riders from 35 different countries will compete in the FIM Motocross of Nations in France. Team USA will return to defend their crown, but only one rider from the 2010 will be making the trip to France in 2011.

It actually has a menacing sound at first, but it is not uncommon, and current economic conditions seem to make it more understandable - the 2012 FIM Motocross World Championship will not be visiting southern California's Glen Helen Raceway next year - no USGP.

Desalle Has Surgery, Strijbos Prepares for Matterly

Clement Desalle underwent a successful operation on his left surgery yesterday and will now start the recovery process. Desalle won't be able to race for the rest of the 2011 MX1 season, as the Rockstar Energy Suzuki rider won't be able to start the rehabilitation process for at least another six weeks.

Andrew Short Crashes, Out For Remainder of MX Season

Andrew Short suffered a severe crash this morning while training for the AMA Motocross Championship. Short, who is currently 6th with 196 points, will not be racing for the rest of the season.
