Motorcycle-Superstore.com Becomes Title Sponsor of 2011 Women's MX Hot

Motorcycle-Superstore_LogoMotorcycle-Superstore.com already upped it's involvement with racing this year as it became the official title sponsor of the AMA Supersport class. But Motorcycle-Superstore.com will also be putting their name in front of the 2011 Women's Motocross Championship.

"The WMX Class continues to grow each season," said MX Sports Vice President Davey Coombs. "Over the last three seasons, the quality of racing and the depth of talent has increased to the point where the Motorcycle-Superstore.com Women's Motocross Championship has clearly emerged as the world's premier series for women riders."

The WMX will start on May 21st at the Rockstar Energy Hangtown Classic in Rancho Cardova, California, and will include stars like Jessica Patterson, Ashley Fiolek, Tarah Gieger, Vicki Golden and Mariana Balbi.

"Professional Women's motocross is breaking through the glass ceiling, especially now with the support some of the top riders are receiving through the factory teams," explained Sequoyah Munroe, Marketing Supervisor for Motorcycle-Superstore.com. "Our goal is to help increase the exposure of women's motocross by supporting the series, the riders and their fans."

In addition to holding title sponsor duties, Motorcycle-Superstore.com will also be offering a Holeshot Award at every WMX race this season.
