The AMA Supersport riders are about to take to the grid for their first race of the weeknd. Dustin Dominguez will be sitting in the pole position, but he'll have to fend off James Rispoli, Hayden Gillim, and Tomas Puerta if he wants the race win.

The AMA Supersport riders are off on their warm-up lap.
And they're off.
Rispoli jumps off the line and takes the lead at the end of lap 1.
Rispoli has a good lead as the Supersport riders head their way around the Mid-Ohio track. Dominguez sits in second, and we have a big pack fighting for third.
Dominguez is trying to reel Rispoli back in. Rispoli has three bike lengths ahead of Dominguez.
Lap 3: Dominguez is now riding on Rispoli's tail. The top two riders are putting some distance behind them.
Rispoli crosses the line .1 second ahead of Dominguez.
Dominguez makes the pass. Rispoli is now chasing Dominguez.
Dominguez sets the fastest time of the day with a 1'31.238 lap time.
Behind the top two, we Gaviria, Puerta, Gillim, and Myers.
Myers moves into fifth, and is closing in on the third place battle between Gaviria and Gillim.
We're about halfway through the race. Dominguez still holds the lead up front, but he Rispoli is still chasing close behind.
10 laps to go. Dominguez and Rispoli have more than 9 seconds between them and the rest of the pack. Dominguez extends his lead to .6 seconds.
7 laps to go. Dominguez, Rispoli, Gillim, Gaviria, Myers, Kerr, Puerta, Alexander
Dominguez is really pushing it around the track. Rispoli crosses the line more than 5 seconds back.
4 laps to go. Dominguez has extended his lead to 6 seconds over Rispoli. Gillim is another 5 seconds back behind Rispoli.
The top four riders, Dominguez, Rispoli, Gillim, and Gaviria seem safe in their positions. Myers, Alexander, and Puerta are battling for fifth.
The white flag waves. Dominguez crosses the line with a 7 second lead. Rispoli should be comfortable in second ahead of Gillim.
Dominguez wins! Dominguez pops a wheelie as he cruises across the line in first place.
James Rispoli takes second, followed by Gillim, Gaviria, Alexaner, and Myers.
