Michael Jordan Motorsports to Get Basketball TVs

hanspree_basketball_tvMichael Jordan Motorsports has teamed up with Hannspree to bring basketball TVs into the AMA Superbike paddock. The Hannspree sponsorship will give the Michael Jordan Motorsports team a few technological upgrades around the track. The team will use new netbooks, new monitors, and of course, Hannspree’s signature high-definition LCD Basketball Televisions, which are made from genuine basketball leather.

“At Hannspree, we’re rewriting the idea of what TVs can be,” says Hannspree Marketing Manager Jon Bekefy. “We see the same energy and creativity in the Michael Jordan Motorsports team. We absolutely believe that every team member – from the championship-winner riders to the crew itself – is a fantastic ambassador for our products and passion.”

The MJM / Hanspree partnership started at the Barber Motorsports Park round in Alabama where MJM rider Ben Bostrom celebrated the team’s first podium of the 2011 AMA Superbike season.

“Teaming up with Hannspree is a natural fit for Michael Jordan Motorsports,” said Kreig Robinson, Michael Jordan Motorsports’ Vice President, Corporate Relations. “We use Hannspree products in many aspects of our operation, from monitoring data on pit row to video editing and hospitality. We’re looking forward to growing a long relationship with Hannspree as they give us a high-definition view of our future success.”
