Promotional rights for three major series of American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) Racing amateur competition are now open for proposals from any interested sponsorship partners. The AMA is requesting proposals for the AMA Racing Dirt Track Grand Championships, AMA Racing Road Race Grand Championships, and the AMA Racing Winter Dirt Track Nationals.
The AMA finds that working with established promotional partners allows for the racing series to grow and progress; the events are far more successful both for the participants and in terms of the program’s commercial viability when a partner is handling the marketing and sales. The AMA does very well doing what it is good at, sanctioning services. And the promotional partners do what they do best – attract new events, racers, fans and revenue.
This relationship has worked very well for such AMA series as the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championships and the AMA Rekluse National Enduro Championship series.
The rights for the 2011 season are on offer, but multi-year deals are gladly accepted. For more information – and there is plenty, please contact Bob Chaddock at rchaddock@ama-cycle.org or (614) 856-1900, extension 1349.
