Hodgson: I want back in BSB
British Superbike Press Release

Former BSB champion Neil Hodgson sparked rumors that he will be making a return to the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship in association with Pirelli next season after visiting the paddock at Croft Sunday.
Hodgson was champion for the GSE Racing team in 2000 after an epic battle with Chris Walker before moving on to claim the World Superbike Championship in 2003 with the Fila Ducati squad. Hodgson moved to the AMA Championship in 2005, but now he is eager to return to the UK in a bid to win another championship title.
“It is obviously good for me to be back in the BSB paddock this weekend, as this is the only round I have been able to get to this year between racing in America,” Hodgson said. “I always keep up to date with what is happening in BSB; every race I check up on the news on the internet to see who is doing what. I have to go back in two weeks to the States

for an operation on my shoulder, but after that I will be looking at my options for next year. I have always said I want to come back and race in BSB; of the 19 seasons of racing I have done only five of these have been in the UK. It is a definite possibility to come back next year; it is just a matter of seeing what is available. It is one of my dreams to add another title to my CV!?
