EagleRider Motorcycle Rental named Official Tours of the AMA

From a press release issued by the AMA

March 17, 2009

eagleriderPICKERINGTON, Ohio -- The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) is pleased to announce that it has partnered with the world's largest motorcycle rental and touring company to increase the scope of AMA Tours several times over. EagleRider has become the "Official Tours of the AMA" and will offer AMA members a 10 percent discount on all EagleRider motorcycle rentals, as well as a discount on Guided and Self-Drive Tours.

"AMA members deserve the best tours available, and our partnership with EagleRider gives us an exciting opportunity to take the AMA Tours property to an entirely new level," said Jim Moore, Director of Business Development for the AMA. "Quite simply, EagleRider offers the resources to grow AMA Tours from just six events a year to more than 100 events annually around the globe. This expansion wouldn't be possible without the leadership that EagleRider offers, thanks to their years of hard work offering a superior customer experience."

EagleRider Motorcycle Rental has more than 100 Guided and Self-Drive Tours available all over the world. All EagleRider tours are expertly designed by motorcycle enthusiasts and include EagleRider's famous "road book" with optional pre-programmed GPS, a perfectly maintained motorcycle rental and motorcycle-friendly hotel accommodations. EagleRider's legendary Guided Tours include a welcome and goodbye reception, a multi-lingual professional tour guide, and a support van with a spare bike. Motorcycle enthusiasts who would like to view a complete list of EagleRider motorcycle tours should visit the tours section of the EagleRider website at www.eaglerider.com.

Under the partnership, AMA members not only get access to EagleRider's catalog of unique motorcycle tours, but they also receive a discount on motorcycle rentals. When time is short, one of the best ways to ride a far-off destination is to fly and ride. EagleRider's motorcycle rentals make that easy. With the AMA member discount, they are even more affordable.

"Our strategic alliance with the American Motorcyclist Association will allow AMA members to experience the most amazing motorcycle routes in the world through an EagleRider legendary tour," said Chris McIntyre, President of EagleRider Motorcycle Rental. "We are extremely pleased with this opportunity to expand our partnership with the AMA and provide their members with a 10 percent discount on guided and self-drive tours. With EagleRider's increasing number of locations worldwide, there is no limit to the adventure that all motorcycle enthusiasts can experience."

EagleRider Motorcycle Rental was founded in 1992 in Los Angeles, Calif., with the mission to fulfill motorcycle enthusiasts' dreams for the ultimate motorcycle vacation. Today, EagleRider has over 75 locations worldwide with a fleet of over 3,500 Harley-Davidson, Honda, BMW and Victory motorcycles and Vespa scooters.
