Victory 2010 Lineup Hot

Victory 2010 LineupVictory has unveiled some welcome additions to their 2010 lineup, including the Cross Roads and the Cross Country as well as the Vision 8-ball and the Hammer 8-ball. The addition of an ABS equipped bike and a face-lift for two existing bikes expands the 8-ball line into a foursome.

The Cross Roads and Cross Country are derived from Victory’s CORE concept bike, a concept based on Victory’s Vision. According to designer Michael Song, “Core is pure motorcycle, we wanted to strip everything not critical and build a motorcycle that uses some of the production technologies we have incorporated into the Victory Vision.”

Victory 2010 LineupThe Victory Cross Roads and Cross Country start with an MSRP around $1,000 less than comparable Harley’s. Victory boasts that the Cross Roads has the most storage space and load capacity in its class: 21 gallons and 580 lbs. This machine also has the longest floorboards (18 inches), longest rear suspension travel (4.72 inches), lowest seat height (26.25 inches), and lightest weight (745 lbs) in its class. The 106 cu. in. engine makes a claimed 92 horsepower and 109 ft. lbs. of torque, allowing this Victory to boast the fastest quarter-mile and zero-to-60 times.

The Cross Country claims the same in-class achievements as the Cross Roads, with differences being a 205lb less load capacity, a handlebar mounted fairing, a two-stereo speaker, a 3 inch thick touring seat, and cruise control.

As with any Victory motorcycle, a number of accessories are available for the Cross Roads and Cross Country. These add-ons include a stage 1 exhaust, a “Big Mouth” exhaust tip, a Garmin Zumo 660 GPS, chromed saddlebag lid rails, luggage racks, a passenger backrest and two heated-seat options.
