Last month, BMW’s factory in Berlin produced its two millionth motorcycle. After a well deserved celebration, BMW took the time to look back on nearly nine decades of building motorcycles.

BMW is showing no signs of slowing down production, either. BMW produced close to 100,000 motorcycles in 2010 and the German company continues to grow.
“Berlin will remain the heart of BMW's motorcycle manufacture,” said Hermann Bohrer, Head of the BMW factory in Berlin. “We are investing about 30 million Euros in our factory per annum to continue to be competitive and in front."
