The MV Agusta F4 has been called the most beautiful motorcycle in the world, but even this beauty has its flaws. MV Agusta has recalled 211 2010 MV Agusta F4s due to a problem with the rear subframe.
MV Agusta released the following statement:
“MV Agusta is recalling certain model year 2010 F4 motorcycles for the rear subframe. The upper points may not be sufficiently robust, which may result in the subframe cracking and failing local to the fixture points, during use.”
MV Agusta will be installing a reinforcement support kit for bikes that were produced before September 7th, 2010. Bikes that were made after September 8th, already have a re-engineered subframe.
