Jordan Szoke, one of the greatest riders in the Canadian Superbike history, is teaming up with new motorcycle reality show HOT LAP. Szoke will be the coach of the HOT LAP team and will also act as the technical advisor.
"HOT LAP is a great concept for a motorcycle television reality show," says Jordan. "I am looking forward to coaching the team to win on the most challenging race tracks in the world."
Jordan, who is the winningest Superbike champion in Canadian history, finished his 7th Superbike championship with an unprecedented perfect season in 2010. Jordan's experience on the track makes him the perfect coach for the HOT LAP team. Szoke also owns privateer racing team Waznie Racing, so he has plenty of experience behind the scenes.
"Clearly this is a big win for HOT LAP" said Andrew Shaw, producer of the show. "Having Jordan Szoke on board with this production raises our profile within the industry and the team is excited to have a world class champion as our coach."
HOT LAP will pit amateur riders against the HOT LAP team as they fight for the fastest lap at tracks around the country. You can see a video about the new show here.
