Necessity is the mother of invention, and in Taiwan, they need underwater vehicles. Massive flooding in Bangkok has left many people without transportation. But one man ingeniously added a snorkel to his motorcycle so that he could travel despite the floods.
It doesn't look like his setup is all too complicated. From the looks of it, it's just some plastic tubing and some tape. He explains his system a little bit on the video, but unfortunately, I don't speak Thai.
