Sutter Keeps Promise, Invites 'Sons of Anarchy' Fans Out for a Viewing Party

sons_of_anarchy_premierKurt Sutter was happy about the season four premier of "Sons of Anarchy." Sorry, did I say happy... Sutter was over the moon F*&$ng Holy S*&t Balls Fantastic after the premier episode. And for good reason. "Sons of Anarchy" had its biggest audience in history last week, which is as good of a reason as any, to celebrate.

Before the season four premier Sutter made a promise to his audience. Sutter announced to his 50,000 followers that if the season four premier of Sons of Anarchy had a 10% increase from the premier episode of season 3, he'd fly one of his Twitter followers out to Los Angeles to attend a viewing party at his house.

Well, the season four premier of SOA absolutely crushed expectations. "Sons of Anarchy" saw close to a 20% increase in viewership, and Sutter, well, he's going to be true to his word.

Sutter wrote on his blog:

"Keeping my word on the promise I made in my entry SEASON 4 PREMIER CHALLENGE/PROMISE, I have chosen the winners.  My selection process was not arbitrary or random.  It was not a raffle.  It was an opportunity to give something back to the fans.  Even though I'm choosing only two, I hope folks understand that this is my way of thanking you all.  I went back to season one and looked at fan input, dedication and general enthusiasm.  It was a tough choice, because SOA fans are all incredibly devoted."

Sutter is flying out Myra Lowe and Mark Mitteer out to his house for a private viewing party. (You can read why he chose these two fans on his blog) The details aren't finished yet, but Sutter says that he is going to "entertain the fuck" out of them.

"Thank you all for your dedication and you know if I was Rupert, I'd fly you all out for a screening," Sutter said.
