The new James Bond movie was supposed to include a motorcycle stunt, involving Daniel Craig jumping onto a moving train in India, scattering a group of stowaways illegally riding on the top of the train. But the stunt probably won't go off as planned. Indian Railways say that they don't want to encourage people to ride on top of the train.
"Rooftop travel is illegal in India and it cannot be encouraged," said Indian Railways Minister Dinesh Trivedi told the Hindustan Times.
Trivedi also said that the stunt could lead some people to believe that all trains in India are overcrowded, with people riding on the roof and hanging out of windows.
"There are many trains in India and not all trains have people travelling on the rooftops," Trivedi said.
James Bond 23, which is being directed by Sam Mendes, will likely use a toned down version of the stunt. And if Trivedi has his way, Bond will also plug the Indian Railway System.
"I have proposed that the spy says something like: Indian Railways is as strong as James Bond. It is my suggestion," Trivedi said.
The new Bond movie begins filming in February in India. It is the first Bond movie to be shot on location since 1983's Octopussy.
