AFX has just announced that they will be auctioning off 6 9/11 tribute helmets for charity on eBay. AFX produced 911 of these special edition helmets in a one time production run, and they will be auctioning off six of them to benefit the charity, Tuesday's Children.
From Tuesday's Children:
"Tuesday's Children is a non-profit family service organization that has made a long term commitment to every individual impacted by the events of September 11, 2001 and more recently those who have been impacted by terrorist incidents worldwide."
The helmets are based on the new AFX FX-95 street helmet. 100% the proceeds from the eBay auctions will go to Tuesday's Children, so start bidding.
