Last week, the Hells Angels made the news by suing Amazon.com and a small T-shirt company for copyright infringement. This week, the Hells Angels are back in the news for something just a tad more devious. Los Angeles police are searching for members of the Hells Angels in connection with the assault, of another club member.
SWAT teams swept through homes in Santa Rosa over the weekend, which resulted in the arrest of two Hells Angels. Authorities say that David Dabbs, 41, and John Leo Jonston, are still on the run.
The Santa Rosa Democrat reports that the charges stem from a June 4th beating during a tattoo conference at a Lake County Casino. A surveillance camera captured several Hells Angels cornering and beating a fellow member and his associate.
Dabbs and Johnson are wanted for felony unlawful participation in a criminal street gang, felony assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury, fighting in public and battery. Dabbs is also wanted for an unrelated kidnapping and torture case.
