From the Factory to the Box: How Helmets Are Made [Video]

Making a motorcycle helmet is a very technical process, and the people at VAZ Helmets have it down to an art form.

VAZ has been making helmets that “value safety, quality, design and comfort,” in Brazil since 1963. The company has a nearly fully automated factory which is both efficient, but also amazing to watch.

Here’s a look at a helmet's journey through a VAZ factory.
