Meet the 2011 Blackline. Harley-Davidson has just unveiled its new softail cruiser, the 2011 Blackline.

"Lean as wire, hard as iron and dark as a tar road at midnight, the new Blackline motorcycle is a Harley-Davidson Softail model pared to the bone," Harley said in a press release. "A rebellious creation of the Dark Custom movement, the Blackline celebrates three fundamental elements of motorcycling: mechanical beauty, internal combustion, and the long black line of the road ahead."

The bike was unveiled at the International Motorcycle Show in New York this week. The Blackline was presented by William A. Davidson, grandson of the company's co-founder, Willie G. Davidson.

The 2011 Blackline features split drag, internally wired handlebars, a new asymmetric gas tank, a bobbed rear fender, an over/under chrome shotgun exhaust, and a sleek two tone look. The Blackline has a starting price of $15,499 and claims 54 miles highway / 35 city.

$15,000 for a barebones model in this economy, are they serious? Victory motorcycles are looking better and better every year. Your killing the Breed WIllie G.!
