Most bikers aren’t riding because they’re on a mission to save the planet, but it’s hard to deny the benefits they offer.
Besides the obvious benefits of maneuverability, bikes emit much less carbon dioxide, have a better fuel economy, and since they contribute less to greenhouse gases, biker’s reduce their carbon footprint every time they ride. With the constant fluctuating gas prices, owning a bike doesn’t seem like such a bad idea anymore.
There’s been a growing craze for electric motorcycles since they have a larger impact on the environment. With zero carbon emission, electric bikes have been estimated to release a fraction amount of carbon in comparison to gas-powered bikes. Even though they’re more expensive, many people are buying electric for daily commutes.
