Although the Ducati Multistrada 1200 is just now ready to celebrate its official launch, there seems to be a problem: demand for the Mulitstrada has outpaced the availability of the bikes.
According to Ducati, more than 500 units have been pre-sold -- a number way bigger than the company was ready for. As of next week, Ducati is expecting orders to (at least!) double. Apparently, not all manufacturers are suffering through the bad economy!
Those who want to get their hands on "2010's Hottest Motorcycle," as Ducati calls it, will now have to wait at least 60 days for the inventory to be replenished.
