Failed Attempt to Impress Pagans Motorcycle Club Gets Man 5 Years in Prison Hot

Pagan_Motorcycle_Club57-year-old William Wardell Welebir of Port Richie, Florida, really wanted to impress the Pagans Motorcycle Club. So much so, that in 2003 he started a fire at Bad Water Bill's Barbeque in Virginia. Apparently, the restaurant had hosted a bike show that was sponsored by another club, which has ties to the Hell's Angels.

Welebir, who is way too old to pull this kind of crap in the first place, desperately wanted an in with the Pagans, and was hoping that committing arson would be his ticket in. Not surprisingly, the Pagans didn't let Welebir into the club after the crime. Really, why would they? Welebir didn't even do a good job of hiding his tracks -- police had him on their radar right away.

Yesterday, Welebir was sentenced in a federal court in Harrisonburg. The verdict? Five years in prison, which makes us wonder: what will he do to impress the gangs in prison?
