The Trial of Pagan Motorcycle Club President Continues Hot

DavidBarbeitoPagansThis handsome devil is David "Bart" Barbeito of Myersville, Maryland, the national president of the Pagan's Motorcycle Club. He's currently on trail on charges that date back to 2003, for the alleged kidnapping of several members of the club's Charleston chapter. Prosecutors are claiming that the members were held at gunpoint while national club leaders settled an internal dispute.

The trial is being held at Kanawha County Circuit Court, and on Thursday, two other club members pleaded no contest to state conspiracy charges. 65-year-old Michael Grayson and 54-year-old Michael Trone each face between one and five years in prison for single counts of conspiracy to kidnap, but Barbeito is holding out for a trial. He doesn't really strike me as the plea bargaining type, anyway.

Wonder if the Sons of Anarchy will feature a similar storyline next season? Production on the third season of the most popular original series to ever air on the FX Network started last week (suck it, haters!), so it's entirely possible.

not really sure what someone who takes a plea bargain looks like of course there are different types of plea bargains had you been in court room when I took my plea I am one of the co defendents who pled no contest to count one of a six count indictment, the state dropped five (5) counts of kidnapping, will not file for the recividest act (repeat offender) which means if I were to go to trial and found guilty would automaticaly recieve life without parole, although I am sure we would have beaten the 5 counts of kidnapping and 1 count of conspiracy, I could not for various reasons role the dice. In open court the prosecutor stated that we would not co operate and that we could be called as defense witnesses also if Mr Barbeito does decide to plea in his federal case the state case will be dismissed for him. This is not justice but a travesty of
