Hey there boys and girls! Just to start your lesson in cool talk; Swagger, my definition at least, is the epitome of cool. It's the Rat Pack, Jay-Z, and David Beckham ...they have Swagger. Rodney Burrell, has no swagger. The following scooters from Japan, have loads...that's right, loads of swagger. I don't know how fast they go, but let's face it, they're scooters; so we won't send them off for moto gp just yet, but do take a look, they just might blow your mind.
