Introducing the first ever International Women Riders Congress and Festival! This August female riders from Canada and around the world will gather at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville Ontario Canada for workshops, presentations and undoubtedly lots of riding! The theme of the weekend is One World, One Ride and the community will celebrate achievements of women riders from Canada and beyond.
The weekend aims to empower women to become role models and use their unique skill set to inspire and guide more females into the world of motorcycles. Clearly the weekend will be exciting simply with the gathering of so many amazing women riders from around the world, but a educational schedule will ensure women learn new skills and experience different aspects of the world of motorcycles. Topics include; Pilates for riding, helmet seminars, inspirational talks, a racing panel, how to pack for a road trip, defensive riding and maintenance seminars.
After learning time indoors the ladies will enjoy demo rides with Honda, BMW, Ducati and Spyder, participate in charity rides, maybe partake in a skills context and enjoy some BBQ with other passionate lady riders. The Congress wrangled a impressed partner list with brands like Honda, BMW, Harley-Davidson, Arai, Twisted Throttle and Ducati. With the educational schedule and slated speakers the weekend is sure to be a smash hit and see many years of a Congress in Canada progressing and uniting women riders everywhere.
