2010 Chicks Rule & Boys Drool Tour Hot

Vagabond ChoppersLooking for motorcycle events geared to women riders? Check out the 2010 Chicks Rule & Boys Drool Tour. Created by the Vagabond Chopper Company, the tour is a traveling showcase dedicated to women motorcycle riders offering a mix of how-to seminars, book signings, fashion shows and special guest appearances by woman riders.

Housed in a 44-foot event trailer, the tour is sponsored by Mitchell Motorcycle Transport and designed as a rolling tribute to women bikers. It's a display of what is available for women motorcycle riders, from clothing and parts to motorcycles styled especially for women riders.

This year, the tour will feature Athena "Chickie" Ransom and her hand-crafted custom motorcycles. A forum is provided for women to express our likes and dislikes in a setting that's more than skulls, iron crosses and spikes. Although created specifically for women, the tour also gives men an opportunity to see the other side of a culture commonly associated with males.

The 2010 tour is a national event that is scheduled to make 12 stops including the Heavy Hitters, Daytona Bike Week, New Orleans Bike Week, and Sturgis Rally before ending at the South Florida Bikers Bash and Toys in the Sun Run. For more information and a complete list of sponsors, check out Chicks Rule & Boys Drool or Vagabond Chopper. Along with the sponsor listings, you'll find the tour's scheduled stops for 2010. One of them is sure to be near you!
