Everyday Riding in Florida & Georgia Hot

Florida

FlIn a lush wooded area midway between Tampa and Orlando, is a favorite central Florida motorcycle road known to the locals as “The Green Swamp Tour.”  The ride passes through Florida’s Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve and treats its visitors to miles of quiet country riding with a generous collection of Florida twisties.

And best of all, the traffic in the area is remarkably light allowing riders to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.  Check out the “The Green Swamp Tour”  for a map and additional information or visit the Florida section of MotorcycleRoads.com for other great motorcycle rides and trips in Florida.

Georgia

gaTucked up in the mountains of the northeast corner of Georgia is a popular motorcycle ride known as Suches Loop.  It’s popular with riders for its beautiful mountain scenery as well as its great collection of elevation changes, tight turns, and periodic switchbacks.  The ride is also blessed with a nice collection of particularly biker friendly stops where riders can fill their tank with gas or fill their tummy with great food.  Check out the “The Extended Suches Loop” for a map and additional information or visit the Georgia section of MotorcycleRoads.com for other great motorcycle rides and trips in Georgia.
