Triumph Daytona 675R Test Ride Hot

Triumph Daytona 675R Test RideTesting the Daytona 675R at TalladegaTesting the Triumph Daytona 675R at TalladegaThe Triumph Daytona 675R is a 2011 variation on the standard Triumph Daytona 675. A joint creation by Öhlins and Triumph, what makes the 675R different from a standard 675 is that it is a production sport bike with an affordable but fully adjustable race suspension suitable for both road and track riders.

Because the Triumph Daytona 675R is designed with the track in mind, AllAboutBikes tested a factory-fresh model at the Jason DiSalvo Speed Academy at the Talladega Grand Prix circuit. Like every new 675R it came equipped with the TTX36 shock and Öhlins 43mm upside down NIX30 forks.

Watch the video below to follow us on one lap of this tight, left hand domineering circuit to see how Öhlins tech Brad Stokes set up our 675R for this track.
