Forty-one members of the Devils Diciples Motorcycle Club were officially charged on Friday as part of a federal indictment unsealed in U.S. District Court in Detroit, Michigan. According to the indictment, the gang allegedly profited from a laundry list of criminal activity including selling stolen merchandise, drug trafficking, gambling, robbery, and operating methamphetamine labs.
A group of motorcycle clubs has filed a federal lawsuit against the Metro and North Las Vegas police departments, claiming that their civil rights have been violated. The lawsuit was filed on Monday in U.S. District Court in Nevada by the Southern Nevada Confederation of Clubs, which is comprised of 37 Las Vegas-based motorcycle clubs.

Last Friday, the San Diego chapter president of the Black Sabbath Motorcycle Club was shot to death in front of the group’s clubhouse. The murder of 51-year-old Clyde “Wild Dogg” Thompson came as a complete shock to the club and the community as the Black Sabbath MC is not known as an outlaw group.
Since Thompson’s death, the club has been overwhelmed with support from other chapters, other clubs, and the general public, while the killer remains on the loose.
