BMW Motorrad, the motorcycle division of the German automaker BMW, has just unveiled the company’s newest model, the C evolution electric scooter. A spinoff of the E-scooter concept model, the C evolution is a near-production prototype scooter, which should be nearly identical to the version that ultimately hits the market.

Henry Wolf, a California resident and BMW motorcycle rider, is suing the motorcycle manufacturer and Corbin-Pacific seats. Wolf claims the seat and design of his early 90's BMW motorcycle led to his erectile dysfunction.
No, Wolf did not have troubles with "getting it up", but rather the exact opposite: it stayed up for months after the motorcycle ride was the issue.
