Rider Insurance Customer Survey

Rider Insurance invited its motorcycle insurance customers to take a brief survey, and this is what they said about their motorcycle insurance.

Here's the jist of it...

• About 14,000 Rider Insurance customers with recorded email addresses were invited to take a short survey.  About 5,200 of them opened the email, and 2023 (about 14%) actually took the survey.
• 58% selected price as the most important factor in their decision to choose Rider.
• 82.5% said "yes, Rider Insurance representatives were knowledgeable and provide prompt and courteous service." Only 1% said "no."
• 98% were satisfied with Rider's customer service.
• 96% of those who filed a claim were satisfied with the level of service they received when they filed a claim.
• 94% said they would recmmend Rider Insurance to fellow riders. 5% said "maybe," and less than 1% said "no."
