 Low Rates

Rider beat my then current insurance company by a couple hundred dollars a year. They offered higher Accessory Coverage ($8,000.00) vs. American Modern Home's $3,000.00 coverage. Protective clothing coverage also from Rider, as well as Towing coverage. Mother's Day of last year a deer ran in front of my bike, unseen in the early morning light, and I hit it broadside, (it hit me to be correct). Rider was prompt in all aspects of settling the claim; 11 days after receiving damage appraisal I had a check issued from Rider. All accessories that had been added to the bike were covered, genuine H-D parts and painted items were ordered, and protective clothing that was damaged was compensated. As you most likely can tell, I am extremely happy with Rider, headquartered in New Jersey. An interesting aspect to all this is the fact that I had just become a Rider customer after 6 years with American Modern home. Rider treated me as though I had been a long-term customer, not one that signed up 2 months prior!!!!!

Excellent Service

I have been a Rider customer for three years and my experience with them has been outstanding. Not only are their rates competitive, but their customer service department is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Call their customer service department anytime during their business hours and you are sure to get a live person ready to handle your call, not some voice recording telling you to leave a message that someone will get back to you within 24 hours. When I place a call to them I know that it will be handled quickly and correctly the first time around. On a side note, as an avid motorcycle enthusiast who puts roughly 6,000 miles per year on his bike, I attend many motorcycle rallies throughout the riding season. I have been impressed with the way that Rider gives back to the community and local charities by sponsoring and supporting numerous motorcycle events such as Bikers Against Diabetes, The NJ Elks Miracle Ride, The March of Dimes Ride, and Gooch's Garlic Run to name a few.
