With the addition of the Watercraft Conversion Kit, the standard Port-A-Chopper Motorcycle Trailer adapts to carry a jet ski or other watercraft weighing up to 1,000 pounds. The Utility Trailer Kit converts the Port-A-Chopper into a sturdy 4’ x 8’ trailer. (Wood side boards and plywood decking supplied by owner.) Unlike a typical bulky utility trailer, the Port-A-Chopper utility conversion is designed to handle big hauling chores, but takes very little garage space when disassembled for storage.

The Port-A-Chopper Collapsible Motorcycle Trailer is a real money-saver, eliminating the need to pay trailer storage fees or search for a place to park a bulky trailer. One person can disassemble, or reassemble, the standard trailer in less than 15 minutes, without tools, because the unit is held together with bent hitch pin fasteners, each secured by a hairpin cotter.* No component weighs over 44 pounds or is longer than 48”, so one person can easily stow it away. A disassembled unit occupies about the same space as a large golf bag, allowing for easy storage in a trunk or utility shed.

The Port-A-Chopper has a torsion axle suspension, virtually eliminating stress on the motorcycle, for smooth towing of bikes with up to an 80” wheelbase. The wheel stop is adjustable. Pre-drilled holes on the tongue section permit up to 16" of adjustment, so that the ideal tongue weight can be achieved. Other features include a light bar made of strong tubular aluminum, and heavy-duty 6-1/2" wide aluminum ramp and wheel channels. A stainless steel kickstand pad is standard, allowing one person to load the bike and adjust tie-down straps, unassisted. The trailer has a GVW rating of 1,200 pounds.

Made in the United States, the trailer carries a limited 36-month warranty, and is shipped from the manufacturer, ready for assembly and final finishing by the customer.
