SuperTrapp Mean Mothers just got meaner. Mean Mothers are now available for the first time as Slip-Ons (P/N 138-72582, MSRP $499.00) 
Mean Mothers Slip-Ons are available in chrome for H-D ’09 – ’10 Touring Models. These offer the same loud and throaty, drag pipe sound as the original Mean Mothers, but are 2 ¾” chrome-plated heatshields with a stainless steel 2 ¼ expansion chamber, with Black Ceramic Coated Billet End Caps. They also include a removable louvered core.
These new Mean Mothers Slip-Ons allow you to simply add these to the ends of your stock head pipes. Mean Mothers Slip-Ons offer that drag pipe sound without the drag pipe price. The straight lines on these chrome beauties accentuate the lines of the bike. The Black Ceramic Coated Billet end caps contrasting with the chrome pipes really make these jump out.
The heavy rumbled sound of thunder you get with SuperTrapp’s original Mean Mothers Systems let everyone know these are not your grandpa’s cackling drag pipes.
The entire Mean Mothers family are available in Chrome and select Systems are available in Black Ceramic also. Mean Mothers give your bike a hot-rod sound with an intense, booming, roar.
Mean Mothers offer a 7.5 lbs. or 33% weight savings and an 8% hp gain over stock, so you will need to be prepared when you twist the throttle.
Choose from 4 different 2.5" pipe lengths: Short, Standard, Long or Staggered. Baffles and heat shields are pre-installed. The heat shields are also replaceable. Standard Chrome End Caps are included with all lengths. Mean Mothers are compatible with Slash Cut and Turndown / Out 90 Degree Rotatable end caps.
Mean Mothers provide the ultimate in durability, strength at high temperatures and corrosion resistance with its stainless steel head pipe constructions. The one-piece heatshield protects the rider and enables easy installation.
The 1 ¾” stainless steel, single-stepped headpipe flows into the 2 ¼” expansion chamber with a removable baffle while complementing the straight lines of your bike. Standard Chrome end caps are included and a variety of other end caps like the Turndown/90 Degree Rotatable and Slash Cut are also compatible with the entire Mean Mothers Line, excluding Mean Mothers Slip-Ons.
Mounting Mean Mothers is a breeze. They are fully assembled and can be installed within minutes. A self-contained nut as part of the mount bracket means that a separate lock-washer is not needed. That equates to less hardware, fewer pieces to manage, less time spent installing and more time being able to ride.
