CALABASAS HILLS, CA: Ansai Sportswear Co., LTD, manufacturer of the Fieldsheer line of riding gear, announced today it has formed a partnership with Helmet House, Inc. (Calabasas Hills, CA) that will see Helmet House become the exclusive North American distributor of the Fieldsheer brand.
“This new relationship is a true partnership between our two companies,” said Mark Gandy, Director of Products for Helmet House. “Ansai is the factory that produces Fieldsheer and who currently manufacturers several products in our Tour Master and Cortech apparel and gear lines. Aligning Fieldsheer’s products with Helmet House’s core distribution strengths provides additional strategic opportunities for product design and development, sales and marketing for all our brands as well as increased ability to launch new product lines in the future.”
“The previous distribution model helped re-establish the Fieldsheer brand here in the U.S. and did an excellent job getting Fieldsheer to where we are today,” said Alex Loukaides, Vice President, Ansai. “This new partnership with Helmet House will allow Fieldsheer to strategically move beyond its current market position not only in the U.S., but internationally as well.”
“We are very pleased to create this new partnership,” said Bob Miller, President of Helmet House. “We can now directly lend our product development expertise, better define the Fieldsheer brand and its products to fit the marketplace, centralize buying so that dealers have improved one-stop shopping capabilities and create greater inventory control through our new state-of-the-art warehouse in Mississippi to respond more quickly to meet dealer and customer needs.”
“After 30 years in the powersports industry, we have seen many changes that have helped raise our level of expertise,” said Len Loukaides, President, Ansai. “From our beginnings in England to our involvement in the U.S.A., we now work with customers all over the world. The partnership between Ansai and Helmet House allows us to progress both our products and expertise to the next level. I want to thank Western Powersports for their past support and wish them well in the future.”
